Overcoming fear by controlling your thoughts

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions we experience, and rightly so, it serves to keep us alive.

The problem is, there isn't a great deal in today's world looking to take our life.

We are more afraid today of conflicts, bosses, emails, and other work or family related issues.

Whatever creates a thought that could spark a fear response will create the same experience as if you were facing down a lion.

Will you run, fight, or freeze?

We can overcome much of the fear we experience by taking captive out thoughts. Control what we think and we can control what we feel.
